Church Notes

Took sermon notes today. The message was about contentment. Here’s a reflection you might like: Finding Contentment in Every Season Contentment isn’t about having everything we want—it’s about trusting that what we have is enough because God is enough. In a world that constantly tells us to strive for more, contentment feels countercultural. Yet Scripture reminds us that peace doesn’t come from possessions or circumstances; it comes from a heart anchored in Christ. When we measure life by comparison, we’ll always feel lacking. But when we measure life by grace, we see abundance everywhere. Contentment grows when we shift our focus from “what’s missing” to “what’s given.” Every breath, every sunrise, every moment is a gift. True contentment doesn’t mean we stop dreaming or working toward goals—it means we hold those dreams loosely, trusting God’s timing and provision. It’s saying, “Lord, I have enough because I have You.” Would you like me to add a Bible verse (like Philippians 4:11–13...

“Death by Soup and Loco en la Cabeza have left the chat—but their chaos lives rent-free in my brain.”

Here’s a short paragraph you can use: Though Death by Soup and Loco en la Cabeza have vanished from the web, they’re far from forgotten. Would you like me to make three variations —one funny , one nostalgic , and one inspirational ? Here’s a short goodbye post you can use: Goodbye, but not forgotten. Death by Soup and Loco en la Cabeza were wild, creative corners of the internet—full of ideas, laughter, and a little chaos. They’ve served their purpose and now live on as memories that remind me of fearless creativity and the joy of making something just for fun. Here’s to new chapters, new sparks, and never losing that loco energy. Want me to make a funny version too, like something with a playful twist? Here’s ...

Veterans Day

Image
Here’s a draft for your Veterans Day blog post: Honoring Our Veterans: A Day of Gratitude and Reflection Today, we pause to honor the men and women who have served in the armed forces. Veterans Day is more than a date on the calendar—it’s a reminder of courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to freedom. These individuals stepped forward, often at great personal cost, to protect the values we hold dear. Their service is not just history; it’s a living legacy. Every veteran carries a story—of resilience, of brotherhood and sisterhood, of moments that shaped their lives and ours. While we may never fully grasp the weight of their experiences, we can offer what matters most: gratitude. Take time today to thank a veteran. Listen to their stories. Support organizations that care for those who have served. And let’s teach the next generation that freedom is not free—it’s safeguarded by those willing to stand in the gap. To all veterans: we honor you. We remember you. We are deeply...
